Terms of Service

By accessing or using GridXFlex ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including users who browse without an account, registered users, and purchasers of credits or plans.

To purchase credits or unlock assets, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or abuse the credit system.

The Service operates on a credit-based model. Credits are purchased via a plan and used to unlock individual assets, templates, or leads.

• Monthly and yearly credits expire at the end of their respective period.
• Lifetime credits never expire.
• The Unlimited Lifetime plan grants access without credit tracking, limited to 5 simultaneous devices.
• Credits from multiple plans stack. Credits with earlier expiry are used first.
• Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

All purchases are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase, you agree to Paddle's terms of service and privacy policy.

Because unlocking an asset grants you immediate access to the full content, all credit and plan purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable consumer protection law.

If you experience a technical failure that prevents delivery of unlocked content, contact gridxflex@gmail.com within 48 hours of purchase. We will investigate and, where appropriate, restore or reissue credits.

When you unlock an asset, GridXFlex grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual (subject to plan terms), worldwide license to use, copy, modify, and incorporate the asset into your own projects, including commercial projects and client work.

You may:

• Use unlocked assets in unlimited personal and commercial projects.
• Resell products that contain unlocked assets as part of a larger work.
• Modify and adapt assets freely.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense unlocked assets as standalone files or component libraries.
• Share your account credentials with others to allow third parties to access unlocked content.
• Use automated tools to bulk-unlock or scrape assets from the platform.

All content on the Service that is not explicitly unlocked by you — including platform UI, copy, design system, and non-purchased assets — is the property of GridXFlex and protected by copyright and other applicable laws.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your intellectual property, contact gridxflex@gmail.com with a description of the claimed infringement.

You agree not to:

• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service.
• Use the Service to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content.
• Impersonate GridXFlex or any other user or entity.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits others from using the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. GridXFlex does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GridXFlex and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service — even if GridXFlex has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In no event shall GridXFlex's total liability exceed the amount you paid to GridXFlex in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GridXFlex is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
